Scott has demonstrated the ability to apply his educational knowledge to business client situations.  Recently we designed, implemented and now administer a very complex executive deferred compensation plan for a large real estate development firm.  This project involved restructuring the ownership of the company and designing an incentive program tied to profitability.  Scott assisted in the development of a multiple layer executive compensation plan, funding analysis and wealth management plans for several owners.  His work was very much appreciated.

 

Scott has also learned to communicate clearly both written and verbal complex ideas to our clients in numerous meetings.  It has been his responsibility to populate our wealth planning software with a client’s financial information.  This includes their tax returns, investment statements, insurance policies, goals, business financial statements, liabilities, estate planning documents and legal agreements.  He has to understand and interpret much of the information.  His written reports must be clear and concise and he has shown the ability to communicate effectively verbally.
